RAIPUR: Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission Company had felicitated six officers-employees with gold medal at an event held at Load Dispatch Centre, Company Headquarters, Dangania.
During the event Managing Director Ashok Kumar said the awarded employees are polished diamonds of the Power Company and most valuable. Their work is not only motivational but along with company, it is rare for betterment of the transmission system.
The felicitated employees were given citation, gold medal and Rs 5000 cash prize. The selection was done by a panel.
The awarded employees are Assistant Engineer Bhushan Prasad Verma of Rajnandgaon for resolving the finding solution to major gas leakage in transformer circuit breaker and changing the high capacity battery in running condition, Testing assistant Munj Kumar Gabel of Korba for rectifying the breaker of power feeder of Darri and Gevra sub station supplying power for South Eastern Coal Limited power feeder, selected as Accounts Officer from Sanitary Inspector V. S. Varghese for completion of cost and management account within time period and Line assistant of Bilaspur Hariprasad Temre for rectifying the Churri-Mopka line unstable tower using limited resources.
Bhilai based Attendant Grade-2 Beltman, Ramesh Kumar Verma repaired the damaged earthing wire without bringing it down and Bhilai attended Krishna Kumar Verma for resolving the problems immediately during construction work of Kurud Dhamtari-Gurur line.
